A. Yes, we do! We offer full painting services, we can also replace flourescent light bulbs and ceiling tiles. Hazardous materials drop off centers We drop off burnt out flourescent light bulbs at Dawson's

Q. Are you offering any deals to new clients?
A. Yes! At the moment, we are offering all new clients a free carpet and upholstery cleaning, or 1 floor stripping/waxing service. We will remove all those stains and trouble spots, clean up the high traffic areas, and clean all those office chairs. We want your office to shine!

Q. I think I may be paying too much or not enough for my office cleaning services?
A. A good reason to contact us for a free estimate today! You may have lousy cleaning, due to a low price, and you may also be paying too much for your current cleaning service! Sometimes you get what you pay for, and sometimes you don't!!

Q. Do you provide parking lot service?
A. Yes, we clean out parking lots and offer different packages.

Q. Do you screen and train your staff?
A. We certainly do and will provide you a written copy for your records and assurance. We will not put anyone in your place of business that we haven't carefully screened. Background Checks

Q. Are you well educated in this field?
A. NS Cleaners, Inc. is committed to the highest order of education and training. Our company is involved in a number of educational processes. We are certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) which is the most recognized body of certification for carpet and upholstery cleaners. Never use a firm that isn't. This insures that you will get the latest cleaning technology applied to your job.

Q. Do you have a referral program?
A. For each new customer you refer to us, we will send you a 10% referral commission. A certificate for 10% will be mailed to you when the referred customer pays the invoice. The referral commission is paid on the first new job. Repeat business does not qualify for the commission. You may then either use the certificate toward services or cash. Remember, we guarantee our work, so don't hesitate to refer someone to us.

Q. Do you require contracts?
A. Absolutely not! If you ever need to discontinue services, just let us know. It's that simple!

Q. My company is downsizing, will you adjust your rates?
A. We certainly will, and in fact, we'll most likely let you know about the change before you even ask us!

Q. Do you use organic cleaning products?
A. Yes, we are now using a Hydrogen Peroxide Orange Cleaner product which is envirnomentaly responsible. We care about the health of our workers as well as you!

Q. Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?
A. Yes, we do or you can provide them if you prefer. We also purchase janitorial supplies and paper products on your behalf and pass on the savings to you at no additional charge. We watch your inventory and replenish supplies when needed. We'll send you a sepearte invoice for any purchases at the end of the month.

Q. Do you provide just trash removal service?
A. Yes, we do! We can provide any type of cleaning service you request. We will also empty your recycle bins at no charge to you!

Q. Will you purchase any cleaning supplies on our behalf?
A. Yes, we can do this for you! In fact, we will not even charge you anything extra. We make all our purchases from Coast Cleaning Supplies. We'll provide you with a copy of the receipt and you can take up to 30 days to pay us back.

Q. I would like to replace our paper towel and toilet roll dispensers. Can you do this for us?
A. Yes, we can do this for you! In fact, in most cases, we will not even charge you anything except the costs to install them! If your current cleaning company is not offering this, and they are charging you, then you might want to ask them why. We make all our purchases from Coast Cleaning Supplies and they give us these items for free as long as we purchase the paper from them. And, because we purchase so many products, we have a special price that we pass over to you!

Q. Will carpet cleaning remove the dark, dirty look around the perimeter of my rooms?
A. This condition is called "filtration soiling". Basically, it’s air moving throughout the home carrying minute soil particles and those particles are getting trapped in the fibers of the carpet. Regular edge vacuuming is your best weapon against this accumulation of soil. Once it takes on the discoloration it is very difficult to remove, even professionally.

Q. How often should carpets be cleaned?

A. It depends on its use. Once a year for less “traveled” carpet and two or more times a year for active families. Major carpet manufacturers recommend frequent cleaning. They also recommend truck mount steam extract as the superior method. Frequent cleaning allows soils to release from the carpet fibers. We know that with clothing, the deeper a soil is ground into the fiber, the less likely it is to come clean. Same holds true for carpet fiber.

Q. Can you remove all the spots in my carpet?


A. Our technicians will pre-treat the entire carpet with special attention to spots. However, keep in mind the difference between a spot and a stain. Most spots can be completely removed; where as stains are a permanent discoloration of the surface.


Q. How long will it take for my carpets to dry?


A. One of the biggest concerns home owners have expressed about professional carpet cleaning is DRY TIME, in fact it may be one of the reasons you have put of getting your carpets cleaned in the past.
